Please Help!

How in the world do you get an incredibly stubborn, hard headed, two year old to sleep in her own bed through the night? Hadlee Anne hasn't slept through the night more than twice since we brought Jack home from the hospital nearly nine months ago. She's getting to be a bit of a drama queen and is rather manipulative (hm, not sure from where in her genetic makeup that may have arisen). Tonight we (being I) tried to get her to lay down and go to sleep on her own... for an hour we battled, played her aquarium, tickled her back and played with her hair, and when all was said and done and I got up to leave her while she was on the brink of sleep she got so upset that she threw up in her bed. Yuck. Suggestions would be fabulous for this stressed out, sleep deprived, exhausted mom. Thanks.

I'm sure I could come up with a lot of advice but since I've never been a mother, I'll not offer any! :)

Have a great week!

Throw her away and start over.
No just stick to it. Cleanup the throw-up and put her back in bed. It's gonna be a rough couple of weeks but she will get it. I had a friend who moved their daughter after she went to sleep every night, but that was hard and it took forever to break her of that..the baby and the Mom! Being a Mom is just hard sometimes...but you are not alone.

THIS IS THE GRANDPARENT better known as Gabba; just checking in for pictures. I don't know any of you but I will say that as a parent you do what it takes, whether or not you like it, even if it hurts because you know when it's the right thing to do. Love really does conquer all and is the only thing that lasts when you're gone.
PS She sleeps with me and her Boo Papa when she spends the night and so does Jack Jack. If necessary we'll just get a bigger bed cause they won't be little long.

hi. it's tricia. your babies are napping peacefully right now and i just wanted to say that however you decide to handle the sleeping issue, i'm sure there are pros and cons to each side, and the tough part will pass. for you and brandon and for hadlee, too. you are a great momma!!!
