BRB 1/2 Week 2

The plan:
Monday: 3 miles & Yoga (2 miles in the rain in 43:33 TIRED LEGS! and a rockin' yoga class)
Tuesday: Cross train (bike or swim, depending on the weather) + weights
Wednesday: 4 miles
Thursday: 3 miles
Friday Cross train (bike or swim) + yoga
Saturday: 5 miles
Sunday: REST!

Goals:
  1. Go from walk 1 / run 1 to walk 1 / run 1:30
  2. Water, water, water, and more water
  3. Get them all in early, b/c once the babies are awake it's probably not going to happen!
