Planned:
Mon. 3 miles (Didn't get my lazy bum up early, so it didn't get done. FAIL!)
Tues. off (walked 1 mile)
Wed. 3 miles (in 60:47... it's a start) R 1 min/ W 1 min
Thur. 3 miles (massive leg cramps. 1 1/2 miles in 30 min. on treadmill.OUCH!)
Fri. Yoga and weights (just yoga. I <3 yoga!)
Sat. 4 miles (didn't get up...)
Sun. bike for 1 hour (did my 4 miler in 73:30 - 18:32/mile. IMPROVEMENT, BABY! :))
Nine weeks to go! I have to make every mile count and keep a positive attitude. Self sabotage is not going to get me this time!
